•Replacetheharddiskdrive,solid-statedrive,orhybriddriveonlyifyouupgradeitorhaveitrepaired.
Theconnectorsandslotoftheharddiskdrive,solid-statedrive,orhybriddrivearenotdesignedfor
frequentchanges,ordriveswapping.
•Donotdroptheharddiskdrive,solid-statedrive,orhybriddriveorsubjectittophysicalshocks.Put
theharddiskdrive,solid-statedrive,orhybriddriveonamaterial,suchassoftcloth,thatabsorbs
anyphysicalshocks.
•Donotapplypressuretothecoveroftheharddiskdrive,solid-statedrive,orhybriddrive.
•Donottouchtheconnector.
•Beforeremovingtheharddiskdrive,solid-statedrive,orhybriddrive,makeabackupcopyofallthe
informationonit,andthenturnthecomputeroff.
•Neverremovetheharddiskdrive,solid-statedrive,orhybriddrivewhilethecomputerisoperating,in
sleepmode,orinhibernationmode.
