a) Alignment

When “Manual” is selected for “Alignment,” “Auto” cannot be selected for
“Shot."
Auto The Auto Alignment function is active.
Alignment in up/down/right/left/focus directions is automatically
performed.
Manual The Auto Alignment function is not active.
Use the Touch Alignment function or joystick to conduct
focusing.
b) Shot
Auto The Auto Shot function is active.
An image is captured automatically when the sight in the
up/down/right/left/focus directions is optimized
Manual The Auto Shot function is not active.
Use the capture button on the monitor or joystick button to
capture an image.
c) Light Power
Auto The power of the light for capturing an image of the
endothelium is adjusted automatically.
High The power of the light for capturing an image of the
endothelium is set to the maximum level.
Low The power of the light for capturing an image of the
endothelium is set to the minimum level.
d) Measure Mode

Perform system setup to maintain the capture mode setting. Refer to “3.7.2
Measurement” for the system setup procedures.
Quick Capture mode in which the image selection screen
does not appear when capturing is completed. This
mode is for users who do not wish to observe 16
images of endothelium tissues.
Basic Capture mode in which the image selection screen
appears when capturing is completed. This mode is for
users to observe 16 captured images of endothelium
tissues and select only one from them.
