3.4 Analysis
3.4.1 Auto Analysis
Auto Analysis is to calculate values such as CD (cell density) by automatically extracting trace lines
of cells on the captured image

Check that the trace line of cells is correctly detected on the captured image.
The trace line cannot be extracted on some images.
ڦ
Perform any of the following operations if the trace line is not extracted
correctly.
- Retake
ure an image again if the images are not clear.
- Correcting trace line
Correct and redraw the incorrect images.
Refer to “3.4.1 Editing trace line” for how to edit the trace line..
- Selecting cell
Exclude cells with trace lines extracted incorrectly from the target of analysis.
Refer to “3.4.1 c) Selecting cells” for how to select cells.
- Changing analysis method
Perform analysis with the L-count method or Core method. Refer to “3.4.2 L-count
method” and “3.4.3 Core method” for the operation of the L-count method and Core
method.
a) How to recognize capacity data
Ɣ R/L eye fracture screen
When touching the “Analyze” button on the capture screen or image
selection screen, the captured image is analyzed automatically and the R/L
eye analysis screen (Fig. 1) appears. In Quick mode, the image selection
screen appears when images of both eyes have been captured.
