For example: WrtCmd(“FUNC:IMP RX”); Set “function” as R-X .
Query syntax: FUNCtion:IMPedance?
Return Format: <function><NL^END>
The :IMPedance:RANGe command sets the instrument range.
The FUNCtion:IMPedance:RANGe? query returns the current range parameters.
Command Syntax: FUNCtion:IMPedance:RANGe <value>
Where, <value> is the positive integer from 0~5.
