The :IMPedance:RANGe:AUTO command sets the range auto selection mode.
The FUNCtion:IMPedance:RANGe:AUTO? query returns the current range mode.
Command syntax:
ON (1)
FUNCtion:IMPedance:RANGe:AUTO
OFF (0)
Where,
Character 1 (integer:49) means ON.
Character 0 (integer: 48) means OFF.
For example: WrtCmd(“FUNC:IMP:RANG:AUTO ON”); Set the range mode as auto.
Query syntax: FUNCtion:IMPedance:RANGe:AUTO?
Return format: <NR1><NL^END>
The :VDC:RANGe command sets the range of DC voltage.
The FUNCtion:VDC:RANGe? query returns the current DC voltage range parameter.
Command syntax: FUNCtion:VDC:RANGe <value>
Where, <value> can be the positive integer from 0~1.
0 300V(TH2523A) 60V(TH2523)
1 30V(TH2523A) 6V(TH2523)
For example: WrtCmd(“FUNC:VDC:RANG 0”); Set the DC voltage range as 300V
(TH2523A) or 60V (TH2523).
Query syntax: FUNCtion:VDC:RANGe?
Return format: <value><NL^END>
Where, <value> can be:
300V(TH2523A) 60V(TH2523)
30V(TH2523A) 6V(TH2523)
