Messages during operation
Error message Contents
Out of memory. Please turn the power
switch OFF and try again.
The memory area used by the built-in OS (Operating System) is not
sufficient.
Failed to access a micro SD. An error has occurred while accessing to the built-in micro SD card.
Failed to write a file on micro SD. An error has occurred while writing to the built-in micro SD card.
Failed to read a file on micro SD. An error has occurred while reading the built-in micro SD card.
Internal battery may have run out. Please
set date and time.
The built-in battery seems to be dead and the date/time has been
cleared. Set date/time.
Contact the serviceman to replace the battery.
Camera is not connected. An error has occurred in the communication to the built-in color pho-
tography camera.
It is probable that the camera is not turned on or that the connecting
cable is disconnected.
Failed to initialize a camera. An initialization error has occurred in the built-in color photography
camera.
Failed to capture fundus image. An error has occurred in the communication to the built-in color pho-
tography camera.
Communication error is occurred. Check
the connection to the external PC.
An error has occurred in the communication between the instrument
and the external personal computer. Check if the LAN cable is con-
nected to the instrument and the external personal computer cor-
rectly.
Detected blink while capturing fundus
image.Please try again.
Blink is detected during photography.
Failed to charge Xenon flash. Please turn
the power switch OFF.
An error has occurred when the power supply for xenon lamp (color
fundus photography light source) is being charged.
Overcharged Xenon flash. Please turn the
power switch OFF.
Overcharge has occurred in the power supply for xenon lamp (color
fundus photography light source).
Lamp house cover is off. Please turn the
power switch OFF and close the cover.
It is probable that the lamp house cover comes off or is not attached
properly.
Failed to detect the center position of XZ
stage.
An error has occurred during the initialization of head unit.
Failed to detect the center position of Y
stage.
An error has occurred during the initialization of head unit.
Failed to detect the center position of Y-
axis motor.
An error has occurred during the initialization of Y-axis motor.
EEPROM data error. The EEPROM data of the built-in PCB is not normal.
TRC focus motor initialization error. An error has occurred during the initialization of TRC focus motor.
Split unit motor initialization error. An error has occurred during the initialization of split unit.
Diopter scale lens initialization error. An error has occurred during the initialization of the diopter compen-
sation lens motor.

Split initialization error. An error has occurred during the initialization of split motor.
