14.1 Declaration of Incorporation in accordance with the EC

For the installation of partly completed machinery in terms of the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC,
Annex II Part 1 Section B
We hereby declare that the following partly completed machinery – as far as possible with respect to
the scope of supply – complies with the essential requirements of the ECMachinery Directive. The
partly completed machinery is only intended to be incorporated into a door system in connection with
the door drives specified below, to thus form a complete machine within the meaning of the
ECMachinery Directive. The door system must not be put into service until the final machinery has
been declared in conformity with the provisions of the ECMachinery Directive and the ECDeclaration
of Conformity according to AnnexIIA is available. We furthermore declare that the relevant technical
documentation for this partly completed machinery has been compiled in accordance with AnnexVII,
PartB, and undertake to transmit it through our Documentation Department in response to a
reasoned request by the competent national authorities.
