mowerdeckagain.
8.Iftheinsideedgeisstilltoolow,addanadditionalshim
tothebottomoffront,insidecasterarmoftheside
mowerdeckand1shimtothefront,outsidecasterarm
ofthesidemowerdeck.
9.Oncethecuttingheightmatchesattheedgesof
thefrontandsidemowerdecks,verifythattheside
mower-deckpitchisstill7.6mm(0.3inch).

Rear-ViewMirror
Whilesittingintheseat,adjusttherear-viewmirrortoattain
thebestviewoutoftherearwindow.Pulltheleverrearward
totiltthemirrortoreducethebrightnessandglareoflight
(Figure33).

Whilesittingintheseat,haveanotherpersonadjustthe
side-viewmirrorstoattainthebestviewaroundthesideof
themachine(Figure33).
AimingtheHeadlights
1.Loosenthemountingnutsandpositioneachheadlight
sothatitpointsstraightahead.
Note:Tightenthemountingnutjustenoughtohold
theheadlightinposition.
2.Placeaatpieceofsheetmetaloverthefaceofthe
headlight.
3.Mountamagneticprotractorontotheplate.
4.Whileholdingtheassemblyinplace,carefullytiltthe
headlightdownwardthentightenthenut.
5.Repeatthisprocedureontheotherheadlight.
