TheMultiProSprayerhasbeenspecicallydesigned
tohavehighdurabilityinordertogiveitthelong
sprayerlifeyouneed.Differentmaterialshavebeen
chosenforspecicreasonsatdifferentlocationson
yoursprayertomeetthisgoal.Unfortunately,thereis
nosinglematerialwhichisperfectforallforeseeable
applications.
Somechemicalsaremoreaggressivethanothers,
andeachchemicalinteractsdifferentlywithvarious
materials.Someconsistencies(e.g.,wettable
powders,charcoal)aremoreabrasiveandlead
tohigher-than-normalwearrates.Ifachemicalis
availableinaformulationthatwouldprovideincreased
lifetothesprayer,usethisalternativeformulation.
Asalways,remembertocleanyoursprayerthoroughly
afterallapplications.Thiswilldothemosttoensure
thatyoursprayerhasalongandtrouble-freelife.
Spraying
Important:Toensurethatyoursolutionremains
wellmixed,usetheagitationfeaturewhenever
youhaveasolutioninthetank.Foragitationto
work,youmusthavethepumponandtheengine
runningaboveanidle.Ifyoustopthemachine
andneedagitation,settheparkingbrake,turnthe
pumpon,presstheacceleratorpedaltooor,and
switchthethrottlelocktotheONposition.
1.Lowerthesectionsintoposition.
2.Setthespray-pumpswitchtotheONposition.
3.Setthemaster-sectionswitchintheOFF
position,setthe3sectionswitchestotheON
position.
4.Drivetothelocationwhereyouwillbespraying.
5.Setthemaster-sectionswitchtotheONposition
tobeginspraying.

Note:Whenthetankisnearlyempty,the
agitationmaycausefoaminginthetank.
Topreventthis,turntheagitationvalveoff.

thensetthepumpswitchtotheOFFposition.

leavingtheoperator'sseat.Wheneverpossible,stop
themachinebeforechangingspraysectionpositions.
LoweringtheOuter-Spray
SectionstotheSprayPosition
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Usetheboom-sectionliftswitchestolowerthe
outersections.
Note:Waituntiltheouterspraysectionsreach
thefull,extendedsprayposition.
RaisingtheOuter-SpraySections
totheTransportPosition
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Usetheboom-sectionliftswitchestoraisethe
outerspraysections,untiltheyhavemoved
completelyintoboom-sectiontransportcradles
formingthe“X”transportposition,andthelift
cylindersarefullyretracted.
Important:Releasetheboom-sectionlift
switch(es)oncetheouterspraysections
havereachedthedesiredposition.Running
theactuatorsagainstthemechanicalstops
maydamagetheliftcylindersand/orother
hydrauliccomponents.
