1.Stopthesprayer,engagetheparkingbrake,
shutofftheengine,andremovethekey.
2.Locatethetank-drainvalveattheleftsideofthe
machine,forwardofthefueltank(Figure27).

3.Liftthevalveandmovetheitinboarduntil
themountstudsofthevalvecleartheslotsin
thedrain-valvebracket,andmovethevalve
rearward(Figure27).
4.Aligntheendofthevalvewiththedraincontainer
androtatevalvehandlecounterclockwisetothe
openposition(Figure27).
5.Whenthetankhasdrainedcompletely,rotate
thedrain-valvehandletotheclosedpositionand
assemblethevalveontothedrain-valvebracket
(Figure27).

outthesprayer,includinganyinstalledspray
systemaccessoriesimmediatelyaftereachuse.
Failuretoushandcleanthesprayermayallow
thechemicalstodryandobstructinthelines,
lters,valves,nozzlebodies,pump,andother
components.

Note:Therecommendationsandinstructionsthat
followassumethattheT oroRinseKitisnotinstalled.
Cleanthespraysystemandanyinstalledspray
accessoriesaftereachsprayingsession.Toproperly
cleanthespraysystem,youmustrinseit3times.
1.Fillthetankwithatleast190L(50USgallons)
ofcleanwaterandclosethecover.
2.Fortherstandsecondtimesthatyourinse
thesystem,youcanuseacleaning/neutralizing
agentinthewaterasneeded.
Note:Onthenalrinse,useonlyclean,clear
water.
3.Lowertheouterspraysectionsintothespray
position.
4.Starttheengine,setthespraypumpswitchto
theONposition,andmovetheacceleratorpedal
toahigherenginespeed.
5.SettheagitationswitchtotheONposition.
6.Usetheapplication-rateswitchtoincreasethe
pressuretoahighsetting.
7.Settheindividualsectionswitchesandmaster
sectionswitchtotheONpositions.
8.Checkthenozzlestoensurethattheyareall
sprayingcorrectly.
9.Allowallofthewaterinthetanktosprayout
throughthenozzles.
10.SetthemastersectionswitchtotheOFF
position,thesettheagitationswitchand
spray-pumpswitchtotheOFFposition,andshut
offtheengine.
11.Repeatsteps1through10atleast2moretimes
toensurethatthespraysystemisfullycleaned.
Important:Youmustalwayscomplete3
rinsecyclestoensurethatthespraysystem
andsprayaccessoriesarefullyclean,
preventingdamagetothesystem.
