theparkingbrake,stopthepump,shutoffthe
engine,andremovetheignitionkey.

thereservoircap,removethecap,andllthe
reservoirtotheproperlevel.Donotoverll.

Thebrakesareacriticalsafetycomponentofthe
sprayer.Inspectthemasfollows:
Inspectthebrakeshoesforwearordamage.Ifthe
lining(brakepad)thicknessislessthan1.6mm
(1/16inch),replacethebrakeshoes.
Inspectthebackingplateandothercomponents
forsignsofexcessivewearordeformation.If
anydeformationisfound,replacetheappropriate
components.
AdjustingtheParking
Brake
ServiceInterval:Every200hours—Checkthe
parkingbrake.
1.Removetheplasticgrip.
2.Loosenthesetscrewsecuringtheknobtothe
parking-brakelever(Figure53).
