•Seekimmediatemedicalattentionifuidisinjected
intoskin.Injecteduidmustbesurgicallyremoved
withinafewhoursbyadoctor.
•Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulicsystem
beforeperforminganyworkonit.
•Ensurethatallhydraulic-uidhosesandlinesare
ingoodconditionandallhydraulicconnections
andttingsaretightbeforeapplyingpressureto
thehydraulicsystem.
•Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrompinhole
leaksornozzlesthatejecthigh-pressurehydraulic
uid.
•Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulicleaks.

Reservoircapacity:approximately7L(7.5USqt)
Checkingthe
Transaxle/HydraulicFluid
ServiceInterval:Every200hours
1.Positionthesprayeronalevelsurface,engage
theparkingbrake,shutoffthesprayerpump,
shutofftheengine,andremovethekey.
2.Removethetransaxledipstickandwipeitwitha
cleanrag(Figure54).

Important:Beverycarefulnottogetdirtor
othercontaminantsintotheopeningwhen
checkingthetransmissionoil.
3.Insertthedipstickintothetubeandmakesure
thatitisseatedfully.Removethedipstickand
checktheoillevel.
4.Thetransaxleuidlevelshouldbeatthetopof
theatportionofthedipstick.Ifitisnot,llthe
reservoirwiththespeciedhydraulicuid;refer
toHydraulicFluidSpecication(page56).
5.Installthedipstickrmlyinplace.

ServiceInterval:Every800hours/Yearly(whichever
comesrst)
1.Positionthesprayeronalevelsurface,set
theparkingbrake,stopthepump,shutoffthe
engine,andremovetheignitionkey.
2.Placeadrainpanunderthedrainplugofthe
reservoir.
3.Removethedrainplugfromthesideofthe
reservoir,andletthehydraulicuidowintothe
drainpan(Figure55).
