DeckLiftRemoval
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceandsettheparkingbrake.Stopthe
engine,waitforallmovingpartstostopandremovethekey.
2.Disconnectthebatterybyremovingthenegativebatterycablerst,then
thepositivecablefromthebattery.
3.Usingappropriateequipment,placesupportsunderthemachinetosupport
thedeck.
4.RemovethedeckbeltfromthePTOclutch.
5.LoosenthelugnutsontheRHwheelonly.
6.Usinganappropriateliftingdevice,raisetherearofthemachineofftheoor.
7.Loosenthelugnutsonthewheel.Removethewheelfromthemachine.
8.Lowerthedeckontothesupports.
9.Removethe2boltsandnutssecuringthedeckliftchainstothedeckshell.
10.Removethe2boltsandnutsfromthedeckstruttothedeckshell.Remove
thedeckstrutfromthedeckshell.
11.Removethe2boltsandnutssecuringthedeckstruttotheframe.
12.Removetheboltandnutretainingtheheight-of-cutlinktothefrontpivot
assembly.
