1.Installthe2deckpivotassembliesontotheframe.Securethefrontandrear
pivotassemblytotheframewith8boltsandnuts.T orqueboltsandnutsto5
N•m(50±3in-lb).
2.Installthetransmissionguardtotherearpivotassembly.
3.Installthe3Allenboltsandnutstotheheight-of-cutstand-offassemblyto
theframe.
4.Installtheheight-of-cutlinktothefrontandrearpivotassembly.
5.Installtheboltretainingtheheight-of-cutlinktotherearpivotassembly.
6.Installtheboltandnutretainingtheheight-of-cutlinktothefrontpivot
assembly.
7.Installthe2boltsandnutssecuringthedeckstruttotheframe.Torquebolt
to40N•m(30±3ft-lb).
8.Installthedeckstruttothedeckshell,securewith2boltsandnuts.Torque
boltsandnutsto40N•m(30±3ft-lb).
9.Installthe4boltsandnutssecuringthedeckliftchainstothedeckshell.
Torqueboltsandnutsto40N•m(30±3ft-lb).
10.Raisethedeckoffthesupports.
11.Installthewheelontothemachine.Securewithlugnuts.T orquelugnuts
to108N•m(80±10ft-lb).
12.Usinganappropriateliftingdevice,lowertherearofthemachineontothe
oor.
13.InstallthedeckbelttothePTOclutch.
14.Removethesupportsfromunderthemachine.
15.Connectthepositivebatterycablerst,thenthenegativebatterycableto
thebattery.
