2 SETTING ITEMS (ADMIN)
Setting the communication report

Press [COMM. REPORT].
The COMM. REPORT screen is displayed.

Specify the conditions for each transmission type and press .
[OFF] — Press this button to disable printing the communication report.
[ALWAYS] — Press this button to print a communication report for every transmission.
[ON ERROR] — Press this button to print a communication report only when an error occurs.
The DIRECT TX and POLLING settings are available only when the FAX Unit (optional) is installed.
When you press [ALWAYS] or [ON ERROR] for MEMORY TX or MULTI TX, the “PRINT 1st PAGE IMAGE?”
message is displayed. Press [YES] to print the communication report with the first page image, or press [NO] to
print the communication report without the page image.
