Replacing the toner cartridge
The message “Toner near Empty” appears on the touch panel when there is not much toner left in a toner cartridge.
Some toner is still left in the toner cartridge while the message “Toner near Empty” is displayed. You can replace the toner
cartridge with a new one as required.
This option is available only for the e-STUDIO455 Series and e-STUDIO855 Series.

Press [GENERAL] in the USER menu.
The GENERAL menu is displayed.

Press [REPLACE TONER CARTRIDGE].
A message asking you to replace the toner cartridge is displayed.

Press [YES].
Press [NO] to cancel the operation.

Replace the toner cartridge with a new one.
