Enter the contact information.

Press [OPTION] to specify the default settings for a fax transmission.
y This is available only when the FAX Unit (optional) is installed.
y For details on the settings, refer to the GD-1250/GD-1260/GD-1270 Operator’s Manual for FAX Unit.

Press [OK] to register the contact.
The contact is registered in the address book.
Editing contacts
You can edit existing contacts in the address book.

Press [ADDRESS] in the USER menu.
The ADDRESS menu is displayed.
