2. Press [System Settings].
3. Press [Administrator Tools].
4. Press [Address Book Management].
5. Check that [Program / Change] is selected.
6. Press the name whose code is to be registered, or enter the registered number using the
number key.
You can search by the registered name, folder name, and e-mail address.
7. Press [Auth. Info].
8. Enter the user code using the number keys, and then press the [
] key.
If you make a mistake, press [Clear] or the [Clear/Stop] key.
9. Press [ Next].
