Removing a Name from a Group
This section describes how to remove a name from a group.
1. Press the [User Tools] key.
2. Press [System Settings].
3. Press [Administrator Tools].
4. Press [Address Book Management].
5. Check that [Program / Change] is selected.
6. Select the name to remove from a group.
Press the name key, or enter the registered number using the number keys.
You can search by the registered name, folder name, and e-mail address.
7. Press [Add to Group].
8. Select the group from which you want to remove the name.
The group key is deselected and the name is removed from it.
