▼ Procedure example (2) When you know the indoor unit no. and want to know the position of that
indoor unit
REQUIREMENT
Be sure to stop operation of the air conditioners.
4 Press [ ] and [ ] to move the black
highlight, and then press [ ] and [ ] to
set the address (screen (3))
 With the same procedure, set “2” for the group
address for indoor address “2”.
 To change the addresses of other indoor units, press
[ Menu] and then select and set them with the
same procedure.
5 After setting each address, press [ Set/
Fix]
 The message “Address confirm?” appears on
screen.
6 Press [ Set/Fix]
 The changes are fixed.
 “ ” appears while data is changing.
1 Select “Indoor unit address” from
“Address” in the “Field setting menu”, and
press [ Set/Fix]
 Screen (1) is displayed, the fans and louvres of all
indoor units in the group operate.
 The indoor unit that is operating is connected in a
group.
2 In screen (1), press [ Menu]
 Each press of [ Menu] displays in order: Entire
group → Header unit → Follower unit 1 ...
3 Check the position of the indoor unit
 Screen (2) is displayed, the fans and louvres of the
selected indoor units operate, the other units stop.
4 After checking, press [ Return]
 Return to the “Address” screen.
