■8. Easy I.DN setting
Sets various functions related to air conditioners.
Be sure to stop operation of the air conditioners.
1 In the “Field setting menu” screen, press
[ ] and [ ] to select “Easy I.DN setting”,
and then press [ Set/Fix]
The fans and louvres of the indoor units operate.
When doing group connections:
The fans and louvres of the selected indoor units
operate.
2 Press [ ] and [ ] to select an item
Press [ ] and [ ] to switch to the setting you
want, or set a numerical value.
3 After setting each item, press [ Set/Fix]
The changes are fixed, and the “Field setting menu”
screen returns.
“ ” appears while data is changing.
When doing group connections:
After finishing “Easy I.DN setting” for each unit, press
[ Set/Fix] to fix the changes and return to the unit
selection screen. In the unit selection screen, press
[ Return] to briefly display “ ”, and then return to
the “Field setting menu” screen.
Item Description
1. High-ceiling adjustment
Sets the fan speed, such as for high-ceiling installations and for operations with
high-performance filters.
For selectable data, refer to the Installation Manual of the indoor unit.
2. Filter sign timer
The timing at which the filter check mark
“” appears can be changed according
to the installation conditions.
For selectable data, refer to the Installation Manual of the indoor unit.
3. Heating temp. shift
The temperature at which heat is detected can be changed so heating is more
effective.
4. TA sensor selection
By selecting “Body”, control can be done by the temperature of the room
temperature sensor of the indoor unit. By selecting “RC”, control can be done by
the temperature of the temperature sensor on the remote controller.
5. External static pressure
Sets the external static pressure. For selectable data, refer to the Installation
Manual of the indoor unit.
6. Automatic restart Set “ON” to do automatic restart when a power outage occurs.
7. Set temp. unit
Select from “°C” (Celsius) or “°F” (Fahrenheit) as the units of temperature
displayed on the remote controller.
8. Set temp. range
Units of “1°C” can be selected as the display for the set temperature.
* The “°F” (Fahrenheit) display does not support units of “0.5°C”.
9. Individual ventilation Set “ON” to do individual ventilation.
10. Occupancy sensor Set “ON” when the indoor unit is equipped with a occupancy sensor.
11. Virtical louver range Set the range of swing motion of the vertical louver.
12. Auto mode setting
Set the optional functions when the operation mode is “Auto”.
0: No function, 1: Prohibited, 2: Dual set point
