■2. Register service info.
Registers contact for servicing, and model names and serial numbers of indoor units and outdoor units.
• Automatically read from indoor units and outdoor units, but manual input is required for some products.
• Input the phone number of contact to be displayed in “Service information” in “Information” on the “Menu”.
• Input the model name and serial number to be displayed in “Model information” in “Information” on the “Menu”.
Inputting a contact
1 In the “Field setting menu” screen, press
[ ] and [ ] to select “Register service
info.”
2 Press [ Set/Fix]
The setting screen opens for registering information.
3 Press [ ] and [ ] to select items to
input, and then press [ Set/Fix]
Item Description
1. Service contact tel No. Enter phone number of the contact.
2. Outdoor model name Enter / reset the model name of the outdoor unit.
3. Outdoor serial No. Enter / reset the serial number of the outdoor unit.
4. Indoor model name Enter / reset the model name of the indoor unit.
5. Indoor unit serial No. Enter / reset the serial number of the indoor unit.

2 Setting a contact
Press [ ] and [ ] to select a number, and
[ ] and [ ] to select the entry point.
After entering the phone number, press [ Set/Fix].
