first heat control board will display this as a comm
loss coming from its server board.

The Air Flow Proving circuit is open, while a Firing
Rate Demand is requested. This could be open on the
board connector.
Modulating Gas Heat control boards only.
All burners on the manifold are unavailable. Will allow
another retry in between 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
