Gas Line Location
NOTE FOR RIGID PIPE: When using rigid pipe, you may wish to disconnect the shutoff valve from the fireplace
and route the pipe through the fireplace wall. First, disconnect the gas line from the shutoff valve. Disconnect
the shutoff valve from the cover plate (4 screws outside fireplace). The pipe may be routed through the cover
plate and the shutoff valve and gas line may be re-attached inside the fireplace.
Gas line may be plumbed from the left side (stock) or below. See illustration and table below to determine gas line location.

Relocating the Gas Line to the Baseplate
1. Elevate the fireplace approximately 3”.
2. Remove the knock-out in the desired location (you may wish to remove both knockouts if routing electrical through the
base as well).
3. Route the flex gas line (with shutoff valve) to the desired location.
