NOTE
The ignition method employed by the ICO does not
require precise control of the chamber or other
temperatures. If desired, oven performance can be
verified using a precision asphalt mix.
The oven thermocouples are calibrated at the factory
and do not require re-calibration by the operator. If
verification of the thermocouples is desired, Troxler
recommends checking their accuracy at room
(ambient) temperature.
