10. Before five minutes have elapsed, the scale should
return to 0.0 grams.
 If the scale returns to 0.0 grams (even before the
four-minute period ends), go to step 11.
 If the scale does not return to 0.0 grams, go back to
step 2.
NOTE
If the scale does not return to 0.0 grams after
repeated tries, recalibrate it. If this does not resolve
the issue, contact 1.877.TROXLER (1.877.876.9537).
11. Adjust the louvers as applicable based on the value
recorded in step 8.
 If the value is low, chose the louvers slightly from
their current position and go back to step 4.
 If the value is high, open the louvers about 50
percent from their current position and go back to
step 4.
