Programming the Date/Time Using TRAKPRO Software
To program the D
USTTRAK monitor date and time:
1. Make sure the D
USTTRAK monitor is connected to the computer
and turned on.
2.
Select Parameters, then Clock from the Instrument Setup menu.
The T
RAKPRO software retrieves the current date and time settings
from the D
USTTRAK monitor and displays them in the following
dialog:
3. The system date and time (from the computer) can be transferred to
the D
USTTRAK monitor using the “arrows” keys. Alternately, the
date and time can be manually entered into the dialog box.
4. Select Send to reprogram the D
USTTRAK monitor.
Manually Setting the Real-Time Clock
To set the time and date with the keypad, you must press and hold the
SAMPLE key while the D
USTTRAK monitor displays the time of day
during its power-up. Release when the D
USTTRAK monitor “beeps.”
You will have an opportunity to view and/or change the hours, minutes,
year, month, and day of month in sequence. Use the up and down arrow
keys () to change a setting. Use the SAMPLE key to store each
setting and advance to the next one.
Connecting the Optional Portable Printer
To connect the portable printer to the D
USTTRAK monitor, locate Printer
Interface Cable and connect the 9-pin end labeled “PRINTER” to the printer
and the other end to the data port on the D
USTTRAK. monitor Always turn the
D
USTTRAK monitor on BEFORE the printer. If the printer prints question
marks (??????), asterisks (******), or random characters, reset it by turning
