6.6.3. Clutch assembly
•
Apply appropriate amount of engine
oil onto internal and external surface
of shaft sleeve, then assemble
declutch shaft sleeve onto main
shaft
•
Apply appropriate amount of lube
oil onto gears. Assemble outer case
and declutch washer.
•
New friction plates shall be
immersed in engine oil before
assembly. When assemble central
sleeve of clutch, care shall be taken
to align mark on upper pressure
plate with that on lower pressure
plate
•
When assemble central sleeve, the
plate with upmost friction on clutch
shall be staggered from the other
friction plates.
