Bi-Energy work platform is equipped
with a diesel powered 48 volt, 100 amp
generator. There are no brushes or
springs to replace.

DJUSTMENT
1. Open the power module to gain
access to the generator.
2. Loosen the bolt and nut at both ends
of the adjustment arm.
3. Pry the generator back until the drive
belt can be deflected 2,5 mm (3/32
in.) with 8 N-m (6lb/ft)offorce.
4. Tighten the bolts at both ends of the
adjustment arm.
