To View The Console’s Software Version - Menu>Overview>About
To Download Console Software - Menu>Software Maintenance>Download
Insert your Fat 32 formatted thumb drive (mini-
mum 4 GB) in a USB port and touch the down
arrow in the Backup Destination field to select
the thumb drive, then follow the on-screen
instructions to backup console data.
You should perform a DB Backup weekly.
This screen provides important information about
your console's software version and installed
features. If you should be experiencing problems
with the console, please have the information on
this screen available with you before contacting
us.
The Veeder-Root Technical Support number is
(800) 323-1799.
Insert your valid V-R Code thumb drive in a USB
port and touch the down arrow in the Backup
Destination field to select the coded thumb drive,
then follow the on-screen instructions to begin
the download. Once the download process has
completed, you must activate the software (see
“Activate/Revert Screen (Menu>Software
Maintenance>Activate/Revert)” on page 58).
