Disassembling bevel gearbox

Warning : Disassembled shims,

must to be assembled in the

same positions.

• Unscrew bolts (21) and

disassemble cover (20).

• Disassemble oil seal (22),

using chisel and hammer.

Tools : Fork wrench n°13-17-19-

22, chisel, hammer, snap ring

pliers, pipe.

• Unscrew plugs (13),(24) and

empty the oil from gearbox.

• Disassemble cap (10) and oil

seals (2), using chisel and

hammer.

• Unscrew bolts (4),

disassemble cover (3).

• Disassemble snap ring (5)

and shim (6) from cover (3).

• Disassemble outer ring (7)

from cover (3), using pipe and

hammer.
