Adjusting the cutting
unit
After fitting the machine on the tractor, the cutting unit must be set for
when it is lifted when turning on the headland.

OTE
!
This adjustment must be carried out when the machine is first fitted to
the tractor.
> Check that the hydraulic cylinder shown is fitted in position 1.
> If not, use a suitable tool to remove the bolt.
> Move the hydraulic cylinder to position 1 and fasten the bolt.
> Activate the tractor hydraulics and raise the cutting unit of the ma-
chine.
> Watch to see how the machine's cutting unit is raised.
• If the left-hand side of the cutting unit is raised first, the hydraulic
cylinder should be moved to position 1.
• If the right-hand side of the cutting unit is raised first, the hydraulic
cylinder should be moved to position 3.
