Cause
Max. temperature of external heat generator 1 reached
Measures
1. Check connections and plug-in connection at TS2.1/
TS2.2 on HIO electronics module.
2. Check resistor R for NTC 10 kΩ on disconnected
plug.
3. If fault occurs frequently, check following settings:

the fuse rating in the process, the charging power is
not reduced.

Wallbox overload protection not active
Measures
1. Check wallbox overload protection.
2. Replace wallbox if necessary.
A.153 No PV-optimised charging
A.153
System characteristics
The required charge current from the wallbox is limited
to the set fallback value. If at the same time sufficient
output is available from the photovoltaic system, the
limitation remains active.
Cause
Optimised charging with electricity from the photovol-
taic system not active
Measures
1. Check wallbox energy management.
2. Replace wallbox if necessary.
