Temporarily adjusting the room temperature
The "Extend time phase once" function is used to set
the room temperature of the last active time phase for
standard room temperature or comfort room tempera-
ture.

The "Holidays at home" function is used to raise the
room temperature during the periods between the set
time phases to the set value of the 1st time phase of
the day: From reduced room temperature to standard
room temperature or comfort room temperature

Saving energy during long absences
The "Holiday program" function heats or cools the
rooms to the set reduced room temperature.

Defrosting
Heating mode is interrupted while the defrost function
is active.
Smart Grid
If contacts 143.4 and 143.5 are connected, the heat
pump can be switched on, e.g. for room heating/cool-
ing, if the power supply utility has surplus power.
Frost protection
The heat pump is automatically switched on for frost
protection within the application limits.
DHW heating
Systems with DHW cylinder
With floorstanding indoor units, DHW is heated via the
integral DHW cylinder, and with wall mounted indoor
units, it is heated via an external DHW cylinder. DHW
heating is activated via the system scheme when the
heat pump is commissioned. This also allows time pro-
grams for DHW heating and the DHW circulation pump
(if installed) to be set.
For DHW heating, the 4/3-way valve moves to position
= 100 %.
The 4/3-way valve is actuated via a 0 to 10 V signal.
The current position of the 4/3-way valve in % can be
called up in the menu "Information" > "General".
