An information message if the MANUAL SEARCH REQUIRED button has been pressed. It will either be a false
alarm or tell them that they hit the target.

If there is a threat and they do not press the MANUAL SEARCH REQUIRED button, it will tell them that they
missed it.
NOTE
The TIP Management System (TMS) can be accessed through the login menu by TIP management users.
