7. TIP management
Threat Image Projection (TIP) inserts threat images from the database into live scans and archives. It provides:
l Continuous operator training without any service interruption
l Performance evaluation
l Confirmation of operator attention
For example, an image of a gun appears in the scan awaiting the appropriate action from an operator.

The TIP software does not affect the functionality of the XR3D scanning features or the operator interface. When the
TIP is set to ON, the operator will see:
