Align the gusset plate and secure with 4.8 x 19 pan-head
tapping screws (5). Move clamping blocks (6) on upper
mounting flange (7) into the vertical position. Feed moun-
ted clamping blocks (6) into the groove of the frame profile.
The clamping blocks must turn in the frame-profile groove
when the M5 x 12 screws are tightened. Align mounting
flange (7) centrally when tightening the Torx screws. Feed
the remainder of connection profile (2) into the frame-pro-
file groove. Close the cap on the frame profile.
8. Paravent. Sliding safety bracket.
Mounting sliding safety bracket on paravent. Open cap (1)
on frame profile. Pull connection profile (2) out of the clam-
ping rail with pointed pliers, shorten to 954 mm and feed
back in. The remainder of the connection profile is shortened
as follows:
3 OH paravent = 105 mm
4 OH paravent = 480 mm
5 OH paravent = 855 mm
The remainder will be needed later.
Feed gusset plate (3) with the sliding safety bracket into the
function groove of frame profile (4) and slide in up to the
stop.
Important! This is a tight fit because the gusset plate
is prestressed.
