Reattach caps (3) on the frame profile. When correctly as-
sembled, the paravent can be folded in any direction wit-
hout collisions.
Caution! The paravent should be erected up
to a max. opening angle (10) of approx. 165°!
9. Paravent. Hinge unit.
Mounting hinge unit: Remove caps (3) on the frame profile.
Pull connection profile (4) of the frame profile at the sides
of the screen out of the frame profile with pointed pliers.
Erect surfaces (1) and (2) in a straight line approx. 100 mm
(5) apart.
Caution! The stabilisers and castor connectors must al-
ways feature alternately.
Feed the first hinge (6) completely into the two end grooves
in the frame profile and slide downwards. Likewise feed con-
nection profile (7) into the grooves in the frame profile. To
mount the top hinge (8), position the two screens parallel
(9) to each other.
Feed the second hinge (8) completely into the end grooves
in the frame profile. Align all the components and fully
tighten hinge screws <(11) and (12)> (M4 x 12 3 WAF).
Access the remaining screws <(14) and (13)> by moving
the screen through 360° (9).
Caution! Make sure without fail that the hinges
and connection profile (7) are correctly located in the
frame-profile grooves.
