To achieve the best possible results from your D6 Plus, some
basic annual maintenance is recommended. This chapter contains tips
which helps you to keep the D6 Plus running at it’s best.
Before you make a print a quick check is advised. A visual check is
recommended to see if there is not any:
- old prints/objects on the build plate.
- make sure no one can possibly walk over, damage or pull out the power supply
cable.
Updating rmware with USB cable
Once a while Cura will give you a mention that new rmware available. New rmware
means that we have optimize the control of the electronics which will gives
better print results and user experience. If you see this mention, connect the USB
cable between your computer and your D6 Plus and follow the instructions in
Cura.
