• If the red tip protrudes from the end of the gauge, the port has an imperfection, such as
a burr, and is not acceptable for the ZenFit fitting.
Note: If the red tip protrudes slightly (less than 1/16 inch, or 1.5 mm, from the end of
the gauge), try pushing the spring-loaded tip back into the gauge. If the tip moves back
into the gauge with little or no resistance, the port is acceptable for the ZenFit fitting.

3. Unscrew the gauge from the port and store it in a suitable location.
