 Check power cable/plug for a proper connection.
 If PoE is being used, check that the cable is properly connected.
Replace the cable if the cable is defective.
Unable to connect using a web

 Check network settings.
 Check for a proper network cable connections.
 Confirm that a DHCP server is present in the network if DHCP
mode is used.
 If a router is used, check for correct port forwarding settings.
I get disconnected from the live
view
 The live view will be disconnected if another user makes
changes to the camera settings
 Check for a proper network connection.
IP Scan Tool cannot find the
network camera

Disable the PC’s firewall or add IP Scan Tool to the exceptions
list.
