Care
5.1 Daily cleaning
The milk system must be thoroughly cleaned at least once
a day.
Milk hose should be changed at regular intervals.

5.1.1 Cleaning program
The cleaning mode leads step by step through foamer
cleaning via software.
On coffee machines with mixer system, this is followed by
a mixer rinse.
5.1.2 Milk foamer cleaning
Foamer cleaning is an interim cleaning of the milk system.
Foamer cleaning is included in the cleaning program.
5.1.3 Mixer rinsing
Mixer rinsing is an interim cleaning of the mixer.
The mixer rinsing is included in the cleaning program.
5.1.4 Combi spout cleaning
Thorough cleaning of the milk system.
5.1.5 Milk container cleaning (optional)
Clean the milk tank thoroughly every day.
5.1.6 General cleaning
Grounds container cleaning (grounds chute, optional)
Empty, rinse under running water and clean using a damp
cloth.
