System Menus
Overview
The control panel provides access to various system and feature menus. These menus can be accessed
by pressing the appropriate button, such as Copy, Scan, Menu, or Machine Status. The menu options
available are as follows:
Note: Some menu options may be unavailable depending on your printer configuration and
whether the printer is in the Ready state. Also, for some services such as Scan, additional selections
or setups may be required before the Menu options can be accessed.
System Menus
Use the Machine Status button to access the System Menus. These menus provide access to printer
information and setups. After your printer is installed, it is recommended that you change the settings
for various feature options within the print environment to meet your preferences and needs.
The following table shows the available options for each system menu item.
Note: Some menu options may be unavailable depending on your printer configuration and
whether the printer is in the Ready state.
