Information Pages
Your printer has a set of Information Pages that you can print. These pages include system
information, supplies status information, fonts information and more.
The following reports are available on your printer:
Printing Information Pages
Various reports can be printed to provide information about your device.
1. To access the System Menus, press the Machine Status button on the control panel.
2. Press the Up/Down arrows to select Info. Pages and press OK.
3. Press the Up/Down arrows until the report you require displays, then select OK.
4. Press the Up/Down arrows to select Print? Yes and press OK.
The device prints the report.
Printing a Configuration Report Using the Control Panel
The Configuration Report lists printer information such as default settings, installed options, network
settings including IP address, and font settings. Use the information on the configuration page to help
you configure network settings for your printer, and to view page counts and system settings.
1. To access the System Menus, press the Machine Status button on the control panel.
2. Press the Up/Down arrows to select Info. Pages and press OK.
3. Press the Up/Down arrows to scroll to Configuration, then select OK.
4. Press the Up/Down arrows to select Print? Yes and press OK.
The device prints the report.
Report Description
Configuration This report provides information about your device setup, including the
serial number, IP Address and the software version.
Error Msg. The Error Messages Report provides a record of errors, including fault
and alert codes, and the date and time of the error.
Adj. Info. Provides information about the print, copy and scan area adjustment
settings configured for the printer.
Supplies Info. Provides information about each of the supplies used in the printer.
Usage Counter The Usage Counter report shows a count for each type of device usage.
PCL Font Prints the PCL font list.
Supplies Usage The Supplies Usage Report provides print coverage information.
