6. At the control panel, select the correct paper size, type, and color.
• If letterhead paper is loaded in the printer, for type, select LLeetttteerrhheeaadd.
• If pre-printed paper is loaded in the printer, for type, select PPrree--pprriinntteedd.
7. To confirm the settings, touch CCoonnffiirrmm.
LOADING PAPER IN 2100-SHEET HIGH CAPACITY FEEDER TRAY
The control panel displays a warning message when the paper in the tray is in short supply, or when the tray is
empty.
If your printer has a 2100-sheet High Capacity Feeder, it can be configured as dedicated or adjustable paper tray.
The printer can have a single 2100-sheet high-capacity paper tray. It can be Tray 2, 3, or 4 but must be the bottom
tray in the stack.
To load paper in the High Capacity Feeder paper tray:
1. Pull out the tray until it stops.
2. Pull up, then slide the width guide to the correct position for A4, Legal, Letter, Folio, or Oficio-size paper.
