Specifying Email and Internet Fax Recipient
Restrictions
1. At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button, then touch the Tools tab.
2. Touch Security Settings > Valid Recipients.
3. To allow users to send an email or Internet fax to addresses in the address book only, touch Limit to
Address Book Entries.
4. Touch Save.
