Warranty and After-Sales Services
Xima pays special attention to its after-sales support, and its goal is to present the fastest after-
sales service to its customers.
The smart and optimal design, the production of all of the boards by the company itself, and the
use of original and up-to-date components, not only has improved the quality of the device, but
also has greatly reduced the cost of failures and repairs. Repairs and services are performed too
fast in comparison with other inverters.
All of the Xima devices have 24 months of replacement warranty and 120 months of repair
warranty (after the purchase time). If the time period of device repair is prolonged because of
the holidays, etc., Xima will give you an alternate device to avoid interruption in your work (Note
that the duration of the device's operations is stored in the memory).
o Warranty Voidance Conditions

varistors and by reading from the device memory) .
Too much dust and contamination in the device. (Installation in an inappropriate location)

average stored current, power, and temperature).

High humidity at the installation location (Such as outdoor usage or places with high
humidity without relevant considerations).
High voltage in the command terminal of the device .
Wrong connection of the input voltage and output voltage (motor) and brake resistance.

device memory).
Options and Customized Parameters
Although the device's parameters are considered such that they cover almost the vast majority
of usual applications, in order to respect to customers, the design part of Xima can add some
parameters ordered by the customers, to the device, which makes it easy to use. Also, the cost
will be reasonable and even it may be free.
