Spindle bearings are worn.
This is categorized by a high pitch sound and is most evident at
high RPM’s. It should also cause chatter under load. Replace the
spindle if this is the case. See spindle replacement in Section 5.
The belt is not lined up with the
grooves on the pulleys.
Make sure the 10-ribs on the belt are lined up with the 10-grooves
on the 2-pulleys. If the belt is frayed then replace the belt.
