3. Measure the commutator undercut

tion.
4. Check the armature for continuity.
Replace if out of specifications.
5. Check the circuit breaker for continuity.
Replace if there is no continuity.
6. Measure the brush length. Replace if
below specification.
7. Check the base for cracks or damage.
Replace if necessary.
8. Check the bushing

and oil seal for
damage or wear. Replace if necessary.
