P7: Anti-Jam
Anti-Jam is a method to detect and attempt to expel solids that preventing the pump impeller from turning.
The drive monitors the output current when starting from zero speed. When the current goes too high, the motor will coast to
stop and switch into reverse. This cycle is repeated until the output current remains below the detection level or until the drive
faults out on an “AJF – Anti-Jam Fault”.
WARNING! Sudden Movement Hazard. The Anti-Jam function can force the motor to briefly run in the reverse direction and may cause
injury even if parameter b1-04 is set to “Reverse Disabled”. Be sure all personnel are clear of rotating machinery.
